I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The architecture was stunning and as soon as I walked in, I was dazzled by the beauty of the surroundings. The location, situated off of a lake, provided a lovely backdrop for late evening and morning walks. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and I felt comfortable and at ease throughout my stay. The breakfast at this hotel was among the best I've had in 5-star chain hotels in China. The staff were superb, providing excellent service, and the concierge, Steven, went above and beyond to make sure all my requests were taken care of. The facilities, including the kid's playroom and the pool with kiddie pools and a warm jacuzzi, were fantastic.

our stay was excellent as usual. our favorite hotel in huairou, staff was helpful. located within a walk to yanqi lake, which is about 500 feet away.

We enjoyed the stunning architecture of this hotel and its prime location by the beautiful lake. We also appreciated the many family-friendly amenities available, such as the kiddie pools and playroom. The breakfast was one of the best we've had in a 5-star hotel, with a range of delicious options. The staff were incredibly helpful throughout our stay.

The architecture of the hotel is simply stunning. The location is perfect, surrounded by the tranquility of the lake. Breakfast was amazing, fresh and delicious. Swimming pool and jacuzzi was fantastic, definitely the highlight of our trip.

Our stay at this luxury hotel was fantastic. the exclusive amenities, such as the spa and wellness center, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, sauna, and massage services fulfilled all our needs. the bar/lounge area was great, and the breakfast was one of the best we've had.

We experienced a minor issue with the service. Though it did not detract from our overall experience, we felt that our expectations for service were not fully met.

During our city trip, we appreciated the two free drinks at the bar and the complimentary fruit basket in the room. The location was great, close to many tourist attractions. The breakfast had a good selection and was tasty.

Our stay had its downsides. The air conditioning was not working in our room and the staff seemed hesitant to help.

The hotel also has a variety of restaurants to choose from, including Chinese, fusion, and a German beerhouse. The breakfast in the hotel is fantastic and there are many facilities available, such as a kids' playroom and a pool. The rooms are spacious and comfortable.

Some staff members had difficulty speaking English, which made it challenging to communicate.

The view of the lake was breathtaking, and the breakfast was definitely worth waking up for. the pools were nice, and there was a kid's playroom that entertained my little ones for hours. the location was not far from popular tourist spots, making it easy to get to and from.

The service was terrible. Our room was not attended to, and when we complained about the aircon not functioning, the staff did not seem interested in helping us.

The location of this hotel is great, just a short distance from Mutianyu which is a perfect spot to visit the Great Wall. There are also many activities to do with kids around the lake, including a playroom in the basement. there are several restaurants to choose from, from Chinese to fusion to a German beerhouse, all with stunning views down the lake.

The service at this hotel needs improvement.
